    What payment types do you accept?

    We accept Paypal as well as all major credit cards. Please make sure your billing & shipping address are correct to prevent any delays in processing your payment.

    What is your shipping policy? 

    All diapers ship free. Orders with only diapers will be offered a "free shipping" option at checkout. For all other orders, customer will pay actual shipping fees. Tracking will be provided on all orders. 

    Rattle and Roll is not responsible for orders once they leave our store - if you would like insurance on your package, please choose Priority Mail as your shipping option or request to be invoiced for package insurance during checkout.

    Most orders ship USPS within 1-2 business days of order receipt, with the exception of weekends & holidays. Please allow additional time during exclusive releases or extremely busy times such as Earth Day and Black Friday. 

    Packages returned to use as "refused" will be subject to up to a 25% restocking fee & the cost of shipping if order was originally eligible for free shipping. Please follow the RMA process below if you need to return an item. Similarly, an order may be canceled prior to it being shipped, but may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

    Local Pickup: Customers local to Dickinson, ND will be given a LOCAL PICKUP option at checkout. Choose this option if you would like to pick up your order from the store during regular business hours. Most orders placed before noon Wednesday through Saturday will be ready the same day. Email confirmation will be sent when your order is ready. We'll even bring your order outside if you call when you're in the parking lot! *There is no cost to use the local pickup option.*

    When will my order ship?

    We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on Sunday or holidays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.


    What is your return policy? 

    We will gladly accept the return of products within 30 days of purchase provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging and free of any fragrance, pet hair, etc. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on personal care items such as lotions, menstrual products & similar products. *Personal care products are final sale.* Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will be accepted for return.

    Returned items will have the option of exchange, store credit or refund to original payment method.

    Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship with a tracking number, as Rattle and Roll is not responsible for returned items not received. 

    In most cases, any defective merchandise warranty claims will be handled directly through the manufacturer. Please contact us for specific details.

    In order to submit a return, you must log into your account & click on the order # that includes the item(s) for return. Click the "Add New RMA" button, choose the item(s) and select the reason for return. After initiating the RMA, you will receive an email confirmation of the RMA and additional instructions.
